I loathe it. I just find it completely annoying for some reason?
ReplyDeleteYa know, I signed up when I was with a new law firm, some years ago, as a way to make contacts for the firm. I hated it then, but was thinking I'm just too out of everything. You have just confirmed my first impression, TKW, thanks for that. I do love validation, don't you?
ReplyDeleteI have Twitter. I rarely get one there. I'm sure there is some reason for it but I really couldn't care less about it to be honest.
ReplyDeleteI like it and I use it a bit when I have the time. It's a great place to get to know ppl a bit better and to ask questions if you ahve a quick question and need help :) What's your twitter id? :)
ReplyDeleteI use it to post the updates automatically - but the folks who are frequent users can follow my posts through twitter. Occasionally I do chat there as well but not too often.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all of your input--I'll try it and see how it goes. My Twitter ID is mpoppinsinheels...I really ought to come up with a shorter name, eh?
ReplyDeleteI just added you! You just need to start adding people and then you'll grow your own little friend and follower group! :D
ReplyDeleteThank you, NQN! I'm going to follow your good advice. I'm so behind in all of this!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I'm following you, too.
I've never used it but I'll be curious to hear your reaction to it!
ReplyDeleteI'm still debating the whole Twitter thing...I did do a post recently on what I would Tweet if I Tweeted!
ReplyDeleteThat's great, Molly! I'm on my over to read it.
ReplyDeleteSo far, it's kind of weird for me. I just can't think of that much to say in one line bits, but we'll see. I'm taking Not Quite Nigella's advice and playing with it.
SL, I'll keep you posted. It's a whole new world in Tweeterville!
ReplyDeleteyes. and no. right now yes because I can keep up with my friend who just lost her baby 2 days ago so YES. however, most of the time it's a no.
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm so sorry for your friend, Damaris.
